Proposals are invited in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Innovation and Incubation Centre, GJUST, HIsar The Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Innovation & Incubation Centre (PDUIIC) was established in Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar, Haryana in 2018 and was formally Digitally Launched by the Hon'ble Prime Minister Sh. Narender Modi Ji on 3rd February, 2019 from Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre, Srinagar under the scheme of RUSA 2.0, MHRD, Government of India, New Delhi simultaneously in Twenty six States, one Union Territory and Fifty one aspirational districts of the entire nation with budget outlay of Fifteen Crores. PDUIIC serves to coordinate and promote incubation and innovation-driven activities for budding entrepreneurs. PDUIIC provides a platform to the young Innovators for achieving their goal towards self-realisation by strengthening Technology Start-ups in selective areas of National concern by leveraging emerging technologies in developing a strong Nation. The PDUIIC aims to build and share resources including space and infrastructure, access to business support services, mentoring, training programs to enhance the skills of entrepreneurs and seed funds. The scope of support is broad-based, and covers technologies developed wholly at the Institute or partly through collaborations elsewhere, as well as external Start-ups with which members are associated as consultants or mentors. PDUIIC is also particularly open to proposals with strong social and strategic impact:-
• Not for profit Centre.
• Technology Business Incubation.
• Training and awareness programs in Entrepreneurship.
• Competitive events, lectures and workshops on soft skill development, case studies.

VISION
Incubation Centre is a space for new age entrepreneurs and young minds to transform their innovative ideas into viable business propositions. Incubation will ensure that incubates have access to technological assistance which will be generated through mentors with multidisciplinary expertise. We encourage young enthusiasts with creative pursuits with an inherent zeal to be entrepreneurs to take advantage of this novel initiative.

MISSION
Promote innovative ideas and convert them into technologies and entrepreneurship by providing technical, financial and infrastructural facilities. Motivate, build and promote out of box thinking, development of innovative ideas. Build an environment that will facilitate the creation of social enterprise knowledge through research and empower students to apply their entrepreneurship abilities to develop solutions for greater social impact through academia.

OBJECTIVES
Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology is the State Technical University of Haryana, established in 1995. The PDUIIC facilitates the dream of prospective innovators from conceiving the idea to the development of technology /inventions, developed by the Faculty Members, Students & Staff or in collaboration with outside industry partners. The concerned Faculty Member may act as a mentor in achieving the objective of commercialisation of the technologies. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Innovation & Incubation Centre is established with the following objectives:-
(i) To develop a critical mass of motivated students & faculties with entrepreneurial orientation & skills.
(ii) To build infrastructure support for Innovation and early stage Enterprise development and enabling access to Resources and Facilities at the university.
(iii)To enhance In-House competency development to serve potential and early stage Entrepreneurs and Student Innovators at the university.
(iv)To strengthen the Inter-Departmental, Inter-Institutional and Industrial linkage, Incubators and other Ecosystems at different levels to improve employability.
(v) To develop overseas collaborations with Top ranked institutions of the world to provide global exposure and mentoring by International faculty and innovators for improving employability.
(vi)Interfacing and Networking between academic, R & D institutions, industries and financial institutions.
The PDUIIC aims to become a hub of innovative and start-up activities in the state of Haryana and will put sincere efforts in realizing the slogan of "Make in India" of Central Government.
